I have something interesting to share with you.

It's about the Master Cleanse diet (just in case you didn't realize, Beyonce did it too....but this is not why i tried it, even tough i am a huge fan of her)

Very interesting thing and very interesting challenge.

There is loads of information on the Internet, i read mostly the instructions on this page.

The diet is very simple:

1. First, squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice.

1. Then add Rich Maple Syrup, and Cayenne Pepper into Pure Water.

1. Drink a minimum of six to 12 glasses throughout the day whenever one is hungry.

1. Take a laxative before bed.

1. instead of the morning laxative, you can do the Salt Water Flush.

Every day of The Master Cleanse that you overcome the psychological need to eat, you feel a growing sense of control that motivates you to complete the process. The Master Cleanse is by far my favorite of the Detox Diet Recipes.

Very important is how you finish the diet, don't start eating everything.... Follow the instructions.

My Tools for YouTube vlogging and blogging.

It is so great to have an opportunity to finally make a post and share something interesting with you.
So today i decided to tell you a little bit about my tools. More extensive description you can find on my channel in this video on YouTube

#1 Numero Uno!!!!
Is my lovely camera Canon EOS 600D with a pretty standard lens. Stole this picture from my own istagram... hehe...

#2 - Lens filters
Vivitar Filter Kit. Contains 3 types of filters: UV, CPL, FDL (to use under different light conditions)

Here are the examples of my favorite UV filter in action.... Look at this beauty. the sky is blue and the glare is very settle....

#3 Vivitar Tripod

 #4-JJC Wireless Remote Control
To use on the tripod or any surface, when you need to increase the quality of the picture taken under the low light. Or to take a picture of yourself and your friends.... Yaaayyyy...

#6 - A little thing, that i didn't mention in my video.....
Sakar LCH-R Lens Cap Keeper. You know this annoying moment, when you left your lens cap somewhere and you forgot where, or even better, when you are shooting and trying to keep the lens cap and the camera and trying to change the settings and then trying to shoot.....
STOP IT!!!! All the nightmare is over...... This is your new little miracle for about $2 on eBay.....

#7 - One more thing that wasn't mentioned in the video is this little baby.

A little secret here: Have you ever had a problem, when your camera is recording only for 8 seconds and stops after that. oh well, sometimes the problem is in your SD card, it's just not fast enough. Just check it out and get a faster one. this is the one i am using for my Canon.

#8 - My favorite of all the phones I ever had an ever saw...!!!!!
Samsung Galaxy S3. Has become my best friend especially when i am travelling.
(another picture I have stolen from my own instagram)

These are the little cases and Anti Dust ear caps, that i adore.....
(all ordered from Amazon for minimum finances!!!)

My Current one is beautiful white lace hard case by Femme de Pivot, all the rest is pretty generic

Yeahh-yeahhh... i know.... I am a freak... but i just like pretty things to brighten up my day!

#9 - External battery or portable charger.
myCharge RFAM-0003 Portable Power Bank 2000
The little trick here is to match the power of the battery to the power of your phone, camera whatever....
Manning that if your cell phone is 2,100 mAh (like my Samsung) you should take a charger with 2,100 mAh and more for the full charge.... My charger is just 2000mAh, sooo.... OOOOPSY
Next time i will definitely by the 3000mAh or 6000
(please REMEMBER, that it will charge most of your Tablets only if they are completely turned of).
